This daylong symposium will feature presentations by scientists on recent and exciting research findings in the field of myelin and glial biology.
The forum will include both established and junior investigators as well as trainees.
A keynote lecture on environmental influences on myelinating glia will be followed by three scientific sessions addressing several aspects of oligodendroglia, astroglial, and microglial cell biology and function.
Poster presentations will provide an opportunity for trainees to present their work and discuss potential collaborations.
A prize for the best poster in each group (students & postdocs) will be awarded.
